Brownfield Redevelopment

Brown, Green and Every Shade Between

Some properties are green; some less so. Some properties should be cleaned; others can be put back to use without a complete environmental cleanup. The key is to know what's on the property and have vision for how the property can best be used in the future.

A number of agencies have become excellent resources for buyers and sellers of brownfields. Working together, we can turn unused, contaminated lots into productive property.
