City Club of Portland's Plan for Regional Transportation Governance
The City Club of Portland recently released a report on improving regional transportation governance, Moving Forward: A Better Way to Govern Regional Transportation. It offers bold suggestions for changing the way we select transportation projects and fund them; changes that would not likely come from existing agencies.
Peter Livingston will present the report and answer your questions. Peter is President of CCA, served on the City Club committee that wrote the report and is a land use attorney at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt.
