Breakfast Forums
CCA Breakfast Forums are our most popular events. Open to the public (but cheaper for members--yet another reason to join!). Our Breakfast Forums usually focus on a particular issue: transportation funding, buying brownfields, Measure 37, etc.

Variable Pricing on Portland's Roads
with Rex Burkholder
Rex Burkholder will introduce the concept of variable pricing, also known as congestion tolling. We'll look at how the concept has worked in other countries and what the advantages and disadvantages would be in Portland. Will you end up paying more or will you find savings in the concept? We anticipate a thought-provoking discussion session.
Rex Burkholder is Metro Councilor for North and Northeast Portland. He is an advocate for the Columbia River Crossing and serves on the Task Force. Rex chairs the Joint Policy Advisory Committee on Transportation and is a founding member of the Bicycle Transportation Alliance.
